In the past few days, the “Never-ending Big Data Expo” held in cities such as Beijing and Guiyang a series of online and offline events including Expo Release, Expo Dialogues, and Expo Visits. 

The Expo Release section included public welfare release and enterprise release. As a highlight of the events, the latest theoretical achievement Sovereignty Blockchain 1.0: Orderly Internet and Community of a Shared Future for Humanity, compiled by the Key Laboratory of Big Data Strategy and published by Zhejiang University Press, was released online in Guiyang and Hangzhou.

Thirteen enterprises from all over the country made a livestream release in the National Big Data Comprehensive Pilot Area Exhibition Center. The contents include the “Digital Talent Attraction Platform” of CIIC, “HoloSens next-generation camera” of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd., “One Face in Guiyang” of Guiyang Xinjie Technology Co., Ltd., “Idfor” of YuanDong Integrity Management Co., Ltd., “Apusic Dataprime” of Kingdee Apusic Cloud Computing Co. Ltd., and “VoneDAO blockchain self-organization management platform” of Vonechain Technology. In addition, three big data companies released their latest products and solutions online, including “Intelligent Government Decision-Making System” from Beijing Percent Information Technology Co., Ltd., “Integrated Digital Police Command Solution and Featured Digital City Solution” of ENC Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and “Big Data BYTE-V Visualization Center” of Beijing Bangweike.

On June 30, “One Face in Guiyang” Project (Phase I) Launch and Dialogue on New Infrastructure - Artificial Intelligence and Facial Recognition Applications

Expo Dialogues contained two dialogues on “Artificial Intelligence and Facial Recognition Application” and “Big Data for Poverty Alleviation and Rural Industry Revitalization”. In the first event, Wu Hongchun, Director of Guiyang Municipal Bureau of Big Data Development and Management, Ji Rongrong, Professor of Xiamen University, Wu Min, Vice President of Business Technology of YITU Tech and Smart Craftsman of Shanghai, and Wang Haisheng, Vice President of Qingdao Hisense TransTech Co., Ltd., discussed “how artificial intelligence can empower cities”. On the topic of “big data poverty alleviation”, Deng Mingyu, Strategic Adviser of YuanDong Integrity Management Co., Ltd., and Wang Zuze, General Manager of Guiyang Agricultural Investment Development, joined by Yu Ying, Vice President of Nxin Group and President of Nxin Research Institute, and Chen Yazhong, Secretary General of Beijing Agricultural Products Circulating Association as online guests, shared their precious thoughts.

Expo visits were held online via live broadcast. Four big data companies were visited, including TalkingData, Keeson Technology, PIX Moving, and Business-intelligence of Oriental Nations Corporation, and showed their cutting-edge technologies, products, and applications.

May 26th, the official launch of “Never-ending Big Data Expo” 2020

Big Data Expo is the world’s first big data-themed expo, is the global vane of big data development and the industry’s most internationally influential and authoritative platform for results exchange. It is understood that due to the impact of COVID-19, Big Data Expo 2020 was suspended temporarily. In order to ensure the uninterrupted communication by the Expo and to express gratitude for the continuous attention and support from all walks of life at home and abroad, the Organizing Committee of the Expo has decided to launch the series of events with the theme “Never-ending Big Data Expo” from May to September 2020. Since the official launch on May 26th, it has attracted great attention from various communities, and more than 1000 domestic and foreign press agencies participated in spreading the influence of the events, which gives full play to its role as the indicator of the industry.

In July, the “Never-ending Big Data Expo” will continue to hold a series of Expo Release, Expo Dialogues, and Expo Visits events, and keep sending out the voice of the Expo to the world.
