As an professional, industry-leading international event, the 2019 China International Big Data Industry Expo (Big Data Expo) Forum will be held between May 25-28, 2019. Industry experts from across the world are warmly invited to contribute to the forum Proposal

Introduction

The Big Data Expo has been successfully held for 4 consecutive years since 2015. In 2017, it was officially upgraded into a national-level exposition.  

In accordance with the “high-end, professional, international, and market-oriented” principle, the organizing committee of Big Data Expo 2019 will collect forum proposals from around the world.We will pick out a number of proposals which will meet our vision for the expo.

In addition to the right to host the 2019 Big Data Expo Forum, the non-profit neutral organization whose proposal is accepted will also receive additional funding support from the Organizing Committee according to relevant regulations.

Vision 

The 2019 China International Big Data Industry Expo Forum shall reflect the global vision, national level, industrial perspective and corporate role. It should focus on topics such as building digital economy, modernization of national governance, national data security, and building big data comprehensive pilot area. The aim is making the event a brand, a high-quality international forum which will highlight its role of industry-leader, and making sure advances of big data industry, enterprises are well presented.

Targeted Groups:

Businesses from China and abroad;

Universities from China and abroad;

Research institutes and consulting institutions at home and abroad;

Relevant international organizations, standards organizations and industry organizations and associations.

Participation requirements:

Proposal for 2019 Big Data Expo Forum should highlight the leading role and authority of the forum in five aspects, namely, “digital economy, technological innovation, data security, integrated development and cooperation and exchange". In the initial planning, the background, potential guests, agenda, scale, results and other contents should be included.

Potential Guests:

1. Top Internet and big data companies and their chairmen or CEOs;

2. Influential international scholars and experts in big data industry;

3. Representatives from international universities and research institutions with high visibility;

4. Media representatives specializing on Internet and big data sectors with significant influence;

5. Leaders of international intermediary agencies, standards organizations and associations that are considered the industry benchmark.

Expected Result:

As a comprehensive display and promotion window for international big data-related construction achievements, a platform for publishing important thoughts and theories of the industry, an enterprise promotion platform and a carrier for attracting investment, the forum proposal should consider such key points as the transformation of achievements and the path of value expression to ensure the high level of the forum. The results of the forum should be able to promote the continuous progress and development of the country and industries, trades and enterprises.

Privilege for winners:

The organization whose proposal is accepted can obtain the right to host the 2019 Big Data Expo Forum.

2. The non-profit independent organization whose proposal is accepted will enjoy preferential  terms according to relevant regulations, such as, exemption from venue rent and conference fees and cash subsidies.  

3. For each winning proposal, the Big Data Expo Organizing Committee will give the person-in-charge of the bidding organization a ticket for the opening ceremony of the Big Data Expo 2019.

4. Organization that participate in the solicitation will be granted permission for Big Data Expo 2019 activities by the Big Data Expo Organizing Committee, including tickets for 2019 Big Data Expo Forum and exhibition, as well as opportunity for excursion in Guizhou in the same period.  

5. For any outstanding proposals that have not been accepted, the bidding organizations will be given the priority for business cooperation of the Expo.
